Four Intelligence
(Physical intelligence, Mental intelligence, Emotional intelligence, and Spiritual intelligence)
1.Physical Intelligence
There are three main components of Physical Intelligence :
· Wise Nutrition
Be wise in selecting your foods. Eating sufficient protein, carbohydrate, and fiber everyday to keep our body stay healthy. Consuming fruits to supply vitamins in your body. It’s necessary for us to drink low fat milk to keep our bone from osteoporosis. Having a health body with strong bone will make you feel happy and enjoy the life. With health body you can do everything you want to do.
· Consistent Balance Exercise
Doing some sports and exercises everyday, but don’t force your body to much, just do it consistently in half hour a day. Choosing a suitable exercise will help you to do it happily without any burden feelings.
Exercise increases our own sense of self-control and self-mastery, which enhance the totality of our lives and enlarges the space between stimulus and response.
· Proper Rest, Relaxation, and Stress Management and Preventing Thinking
In this book said that there are two kinds of stress, distress and eustress.
Eustress is a good kind of stress, stress because you want doing something best for you and other. It makes you a good person, but distress is a stress where you cannot find the root of your stress and there is no solution for cease it.
By eating wisely, exercising, resting and relaxing, we deepen our capacities and strengthen the body’s immune system and ability to rebuild itself.
2. Mental Intelligence
In mental Intelligence, there are Three Main Components of Mental Intelligence.
· Continuous, Systematic, Disciplined Study and Education
It’s about focusing a priority task. Knowing yourself to reach the target with having a great endurance and persistence to finish it.
· Cultivation of Self-Awareness
Cultivating self-awareness by trying to understand and make explicit our underlying assumptions, theories and paradigms. Self-awareness involves all four intelligences and is a unique human endowment.
· Learning by Teaching and Doing
From teaching someone we can review our knowledge, so we cannot easily forget about the knowledge. By doing something, we can use our logic to solve the problems and using the experience to avoid the same mistakes in the future.
3. Emotional Intelligence
Emotional is your feelings, whether it is good or bad, such as ; happy, joyful, frustration, shame, confident, jealousy, love, etc. The ability to manage and control your emotion into a good way is called as Emotional intelligence.
Emotional intelligence is including the knowledge of :
— Self-Awareness
It’s means be responsible of the circumstances that happen, never blame of something. Being a proactive persons.
· Personal Motivation
Begin with the end of mind. Imagining something and then seeing the final goal that you want to reach.
— Self-Regulation
Knowing the important thing, so you can do what is the priority in your life. Put the first thing first.
— Empathy
Understanding what people feels rather than asking other people to understand you.
— Social & Communication Skills
Being synergize and cooperate with others and always trying to reach win-win solution.
Remember neglecting your EQ will ruin your EQ that caused emotional trauma and stress.
4. Spiritual Intelligence
Spiritual intelligence is the basic center of intelligence between other intelligences. It’s about having a good relationship with the infinite. Believing that the infinite is the greatest love in the universe. Having spiritual intelligence will give you good emotional control, understanding ability, and good empathy of others.
